The red carpet was rolled out for ecstatic students during the Harefield Academy Year 11 prom .
Students started arriving at the school from 7.15pm in all manner of classic cars and limousines for the spectacular end of year event.
The event on Friday July 8 was the perfect opportunity for the 15 and 16-year-olds to celebrate finishing their exams and they were even treated to a lovely summer's evening and blue skies.
Prom coordinator and assistant principal at the academy, Leon Mincher, said: “The class of 2016 certainly did not disappoint as The Harefield Academy celebrated with their Year 11 students on prom night.
“Parents and friends of the students crowded around the red carpet to see our students arrive in style in an array of limousines and classic cars.
“A fantastic evening was enjoyed by all as they partied the night away on the dancefloor.”
The school prom marks the official end of the students' studies as many go their separate ways to colleges and sixth forms.
