Metropolitan Police is searching for people linked with some very serious crimes.

The charity Crimestoppers has published details and pictures of some of the men wanted in connection with serious crimes who they believe are likely to be found in London.

All of the men pictured have so far avoided police capture, with the charity and police appealing for the public's help in bringing them to justice.

Shane O'Brien

A £20,000 reward is available for information which could help police find former Ladbroke Grove resident Shane O'Brien who is wanted in connection with a murder.

Josh Hanson, a 21-year-old man from Kingsbury was stabbed in the neck at RE bar in Eastcote in October 2015.

O'Brien has a birthmark on his face an a tattoo with the wording "Shannon 15-04-06" on his back.

Farouk Abdulhak

Farouk Abdulhak

Farouk Abdulhak is wanted in connection with the murder of a Norwegian student who was found dead in a basement in Westminster .

Martine Vik Magnussen, 23, was last seen partying in the Maddox nightclub in Mayfair on March 14 8008, and her body was discovered two days later in Great Portland Street.

The Regents Business School student died from compression to her neck.

Abdulhak was identified as a suspect and fled the country and refused to return.

Shamaree Bailey

Shamaree Bailey is wanted in connection with grievous bodily harm after a man was stabbed multiple times outside Sainsbury's in Harringay on February 20 2017.

Tarsem Najjar Singh

Tarsem Najjar Singh

Tarsem Singh Najjar is wanted for failing to comply with sex offender registration requirements and absconding from immigration offences.

Previously in the Devon area, police believe Singh may have returned to London where he had previously lived for a number of years.

Police intend to arrest him on locating him.

Alexandru Matei

Alexandru Matei

Alexandru Matei was arrested after a sexual assault on a train coming in to Tottenham Hale station on March 3 2016.

He was bailed until March 31 2016 but failed to answer bail at the time and continues to evade police capture.

Jamie Acourt

Jamie Acourt

Police believe Jamie Acourt is a principal member of an organised crime group involved in the large-scale supply of cannabis.

Mark Richard George Acklom

Mark Richard George Acklom

The Lambeth resident is wanted for fraud after pretending to be a swiss banker and conning a Bath woman out of around £850,000.

Acklom also claimed to work for an intelligence agency to a woman he started a relationship with and moved into a Bath property he falsely claimed to own.

He then feigned "cash-flow issues" and took loans totalling £850,000 and fled.

Sajid Rasheed

Sajid Rasheed

Rasheed, who has links to West Drayton , absconded during a fraud trial at Inner London Crown Court in July 2017.

The man, known to wear a wig or baseball cap to conceal partial baldness, was convicted for "crash for cash" collisions where members of the public were targeted to facilitate fraudulent insurance claims.

He was sentenced to seven and a half years in prison in his absence as well as a five year Directorship Banning Order.

He still faces charges of benefit fraud and electoral fraud.

Ersin Mustafa

Ersin Mustafa

Mustafa may have fled the country after being arrested and released on bail by City of London police over allegations of "insider dealing".

Ersin's brother Ali and five others were sentenced over the crimes but it is believed he avoided sentencing by fleeing to Cyprus.

The group made £2.5million in criminal profits over two years from 2006 to 2008.
