A mystery £130,000 lottery winner from Hounslow has until the end of Thursday (March 17) to claim the prize.

If the holder of the winning Lotto HotPicks ticket fails to come forward before the 180-day deadline, the winnings and any interest generated will instead go to good causes.

The ticket-holder matched five of the six numbers from the Lotto draw on September 19 last year, in which the balls drawn were 14, 26, 28, 31, 32, 44.

A spoof lonely hearts ad on Valentine's Day , written from the perspective of the ticket, failed to get the winner's attention.

A National Lottery spokesperson said: "Time really is running out for the winner of this prize, but we are still hopeful that someone will come forward at the very last minute to claim the money.

"We're urging everyone to check their old tickets one final time or look anywhere a missing Lotto HotPicks ticket could be hiding. This life-enhancing prize could really help to make dreams become a reality for someone out there."

Anyone who has any queries or who believes they have the winning ticket for any of the National Lottery draws within the 180-day deadline should call the National Lottery Line on 0844 338 7551 or email help@national-lottery.co.uk.
