An eighth person has been arrested by police investigating the murder of 20-year-old Mohanna Abdhou.
Mohanna - also known as Montana - was standing with a group of friends when she was shot near a children's playground in Malvern Road in Kilburn on Friday May 26.
She was pronounced dead at the scene and a post-mortem examination on May 27 gave the cause of death as a single gunshot wound.
A 21-year-old was arrested in the Queen's Park area at around 3pm on Tuesday (July 25) on suspicion of murder.
Police enquiries have established that she and her friends were approached by two males on bicycles.
The suspects were both wearing dark coloured clothing and had their faces covered - one of them fired a gun into the group.
They fled along Malvern Road heading in the direction of Shirland Road, where they entered Shirland Mews at around 8.55pm.
Met Police released CCTV footage of the two suspects at 8.53pm cycling along Malvern Place, seconds before turning into Malvern Road where the shooting took place.
A Crimestoppers £10,000 reward is still on offer to anyone who can shed light on the shooting and provide information that leads to the arrest and conviction of Mohanna's murderer.
The reward will only be available to anyone providing information to the independent charity, rather than the police.
