Police investigating the murder of 20-year-old Mohanna Abdhou, who was shot dead in Kilburn, have made three further arrests.

Three women, aged 20, 21 and 25, were arrested on Thursday (June 15) for conspiracy to commit murder.

The 20-year-old and 21-year-old have been bailed while the 25-year-old has been released under investigation pending further enquires.

Police were called to Malvern Road at 8.54pm on May 26 to reports that a woman had been shot.

Mohanna, who is known as "Montana" to her friends, was found by officers and London Ambulance Service with gunshot injuries.

She was pronounced dead at the scene at 9.34pm.

A post-mortem examination the following day, May 27, gave the cause of death as a single gunshot wound.

Detectives from the Homicide and Major Crime Command are investigating and enquiries have established Mohanna and her friends were approached by two males on bicycles.

The suspects had their faces covered and were both wearing dark coloured clothing.

A firearm was discharged towards the group, by one of the suspects, and Mohanna was shot.

The suspects then fled along Malvern Road, entering Shirland Mews at around 8.54pm.

A 21-year-old man who was arrested at the scene on Friday May 26 has been released under investigation pending further enquiries.

A 19-year-old man and a 20-year-old man who were arrested in west London on suspicion of murder in the early hours of Wednesday May 31 have been bailed pending further enquiries.

Crimestoppers is offering a reward to anyone providing information that leads to the arrests and conviction of the person responsible.
