Police are hunting for two men after thieves broke into a building site in Hounslow and stole a digger.

The £12,000 truck was taken from a site in Clifton Road, Isleworth, on Friday May 29, between 1.30pm and 3.30pm.

Officers investigating the case have released images of two men captured on CCTV who they wish to speak to in connection with the offence.

They have appealed for members of the public to help identify the men.

Police said thieves had broken into the building site and stolen the digger

One of the men, wearing what appears to be a black or dark blue tracksuit with a hooded top, can be seen staring directly into the lens of the camera.

The other man is shown near the digger wearing a grey tracksuit, with what looks like a holdall slung over his shoulder.
