A convicted drug dealer from Hounslow has been spared jail after a stun gun and CS gas canister were found at her home.

Katie Hodson, of Inverness Road, Hounslow, admitted two counts of possessing an offensive weapon after the items were found when police searched her home in June last year.

The 25-year-old was last Friday (February 6) sentenced at Isleworth Crown Court to 12-months imprisonment suspended for a year - meaning she will face jail if she commits a further offence during that period.

Hodson was previously jailed in July last year for possession of class A drugs with the intent to supply. She served four months of her 18-month prison sentence before being released on licence.

The weapons were found when police searched her property after she was caught with drugs, but the matter was not dealt with at the same time as the drugs offence.
