A pedestrian was taken to hospital after being struck by a car in Hounslow on Monday afternoon (November 27).
The man, aged in his 40s, was injured during the incident - which then saw a second vehicle involved in a collision with the first car.
Police were called out by London Ambulance Service at 4.30pm on Monday to reports of the road traffic collision in Great West Road, near the junction with Wood Lane, Brentford .
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: "Officers and the London Ambulance Service attended and found a car in collision with a male pedestrian."
The spokesperson added: "A second car had also collided with the first car.
"The pedestrian, aged in his 40s, was taken to a central London hospital.
"His injuries are not life-threatening."
The roads were closed while emergency services were on the scene before being re-opened at 7.35pm.
Both drivers stopped at the scene and no arrests were made.
