As Hillingdon Hospital marks the 50th anniversary of its opening, staff are asking for you to share your memories and pictures of the building.
The hospital opened its doors for the first time in January 1967 and has been caring for the people of Hillingdon and beyond ever since.
Part of the celebration involves sharing old pictures of the hospital with the community, and Hillingdon is asking for you to share yours.
The pictures shared by the public will be posted on the hospital's social media accounts and included in its publications.
Shots can be of anything in the hospital's history – from staff training, daily life on the wards, an event, a visit to a friend or loved one or even just the changing face of the building itself.
Anyone keen to share their pictures can email them to email@example.com
You can also post physical copies to Communications Department, Hillingdon Hospital, Pield Heath Road, Hillingdon UB8 3NN.
Do not send valuable or sentimental pictures as the trust cannot take responsibility for photos lost in the post, but all pictures will be returned.
Make sure you include when and where the picture was taken, what it depicts and also your name, address, phone number and email address.
The hospital was recently praised by a mum who said her premature daughter would not be here if it had not been for the staff
