With the Sugar Smart campaign underway urging families to cut fat and sugar out of their diet, a series of health roadshows are being held across Hounslow to provide more healthy tips.
Smart swaps - making one simple food or drink swap - are being highlighted as part of the Change4Life campaign which was launched on Monday (January 4).
Health trainers from Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust (HRCH) are running public health events to encourage Smart Swaps, helping people to reduce their sugar intake by swapping fatty or sugary food for a healthier option, alongside its Dry January campaign.
Parents in Hounslow can pop along to see experts health advisors for advice and how to keep their families health and well-being on the right track between Thursday (January 7) and Friday (January 22).

Swap sugary drinks for diet, sugar-free versions, milk or water saving your family up to 283 sugar cubes a month.
Swap to reduced fat cheese to save up to a third of a pint of fat each month for a family.
Swap butter for low fat butter or spread.
Swap to low sugar cereal like plain porridge or plain shredded whole grain to save your family up to 83 sugar cubes a month.
Swap from full-fat to semi-skimmed or 1% milk.
