Hayes stabbing: No arrests made 48 hours after man attacked

Officers from Hillingdon CID are yet to make any arrests 48 hours after a man was stabbed in in Hayes .

Police were called to Station Road at 3.20pm on Tuesday (August 29) to reports of a man attacked with a knife.

They found the victim, a man in his twenties, in nearby Pump Lane.

He was taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service for treatment to a wound in his arm but his condition was deemed non life-threatening.

While enquiries continue in the case, no arrests have been made.

The incident came a week after two men were stabbed in broad daylight and another injured by a car in Hobart Lane.

Police in Hillingdon are continuing to appeal for anyone with information about the stabbing to come forward.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Met Police on 101 or call Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555 111.
