Pictures have emerged of a police and ambulance presence at Hayes End Recreation Ground near Uxbridge Road on Friday morning (March 24).
The emergency services have been on the scene since around 8.30am with reports that a body has been discovered.
A picture from the scene posted on Twitter shows multiple police cars and ambulances which appear to be parked at the entrance to the Kingsley Court Care Home in West Drayton Road.

Police confirm a man has died
The Metropolitan Police has confirmed that a man was found unresponsive in the park just before 8am this morning.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Hayes End Recreational Ground
Hayes End Recreational Ground has recently been renamed as a community park.
There’s football pitches, a playground, a ball court at the site and is also home to a community centre.
In March, parks to the gate are opened at 9am and are closed again at 5pm by the council to “reduce antisocial behaviour.”
Met and ambulance service have been contacted
Getwestlondon has approach both the Metropolitan Police and London Ambulance Service to confirm details of these police incident this morning.
We are still awaiting their response and will give you the latest as soon as we have information.
Witness said police arrived at around 8.40am
One witness, commenting on Facebook, said she was at the West Drayton Road lights as the police arrived at around 8.40am.
Another said there were around five police cars and an ambulance on the scene.
A third passerby said they saw a private ambulance arriving at lunchtime.
Emergency services now cleared from the scene
The emergency services have now left the scene, getwestlondon understands.
A passerby said the police and ambulance crews had the left the scene by around 1pm.

A woman was found dead in the park earlier this year
This is not the first time this year Hayes Recreation Ground has been at the centre of a police investigation.
A woman was found dead in the park on New Year’s Day.
The woman in her 20s was found hanging and was declared dead at the scene.
'Private ambulance turned up to collect a body'
We’re getting numerous reports that a body has been discovered but the Metropolitan Police have yet to confirm this information.
One passerby told getwestlondon at around 12.30pm: “Police and ambulance are there and now a private ambulance has turned up to collect a body.”

They are believed to have been on the scene since around 8.30am and were still there at around 12.30pm.
Witness describes police cordoning off park
One witness told getwestlondon: “I drove past the park and the front was taped off next to the elderly home. There were blue and red sort of towels on the fence and all inside the park was taped off - it looked quite sad.”
He added: “There was also a camera on a tripod next to York Avenue.”
