A driver has died after crashing into a parked car in a residential road in Hayes .
Metropolitan Police and London Ambulance Service were called to the scene of the crash in Croyde Avenue at around 8.30pm on Monday (August 28).
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene at around 9.45pm.
While formal identification has not yet been carried out, the driver's next of kin have been informed.
No other people were injured in the crash.
A post-mortem will be carried out in due course and police are treating the death as non-suspicious.
A file is also being prepared for the coroner.
