A 37-year-old man has been added to the sex offenders register after he sexually touched a woman while she walked through North Harrow Underground Station.
He was given a community order, a programme requirement of 100 days, and a rehab activity requirement of 60 days.
Sispanlan was also ordered to pay £100 in compensation, costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £85.
The incident happened on September 9.
PC Mark Luker, with the British Transport Police said: “Everyone has the right to travel on the rail network without fear or intimidation.
“This woman was making her normal journey into work when Sispanlan targeted her.
“I am pleased she came forward and reported the incident as a result this man has now been placed on the sex offenders register.”
