A 33-year-old has appeared in court charged with the murder of Crispin Siddon following a stabbing at a barbershop in Harlesden .

Anthony Allen appeared in custody at Hendon Magistrates' Court on Wednesday (May 10) where he was committed to the Central Criminal Court - the Old Bailey - on Friday (May 12).

The 33-year-old, of Tillet Close, Neasden, has been remanded in custody.

Detectives investigating the death of the 34-year-old believe he was injured at Cutz Barbers Shop, Craven Park Road, last Friday (May 5).

Emergency services found him suffering from stab wounds as he attempted to make his way to a nearby hospital.

The Metropolitan Police were called just after 2pm on May 5 to reports of a man suffering from stab injuries near Central Middlesex Hospital.

A man was treated by paramedics but pronounced dead at the scene at 3.20pm.

Allen was arrested by detectives on Monday (May 8).
