A man in his 20s has been taken to hospital following a collision with a van in Hanwell Broadway.

The A4020 Uxbridge Road has been closed in both directions following the crash.

Road cleared

Hanwell Broadway had been closed in both directions between Coldershaw Road and Eccleston Road after the collision.

The road has now been cleared and traffic is returning to normal.

Where did it happen?

The collision took place on Hanwell Broadway, Uxbridge Road, near the junction with Chignell Place.

London Ambulance Service also attended and took the man, in his 20s, to a central London hospital for treatment.

Stable condition

A spokesman for Metropolitan Police has told getwestlondon that they believe the pedestrian has not sustained a life-threatening injury.

He is believed to be at a central London hospital in a stable condition.

Police officers in Hanwell were alerted to a collision between a van and a pedestrian in THe Broadway, Uxbridge Road at around 5.10pm on Wednesday (November 15).

The pedestrian, a man in 20s was taken to hospital following the collision.
