Hammersmith and Central Middlesex are being replaced with 24-hour urgent care centres (UGCs) instead which generally care for walk-in patients.
Patients requiring an ambulance will have to go to either St Mary's in Paddington, Northwick Park, Charing Cross or Ealing hospitals.
However Charing Cross and Ealing are also set to be turned into UGCs , while Northwick is soon to open a £21m A&E.
More protests such as the 'die in' at Hammersmith's Lyric Square last Saturday are expected to take place later over the closures.
