The Metropolitan Police has confirmed the identity of a 16-year-old girl who died in the Grenfell Tower fire .

The 33rd victim to be named, Nur Huda El-Wahabi, was formally identified 100 days after the Grenfell Tower fire on June 14, 2017.

In a statement on Friday (September 22) her family paid tribute to her.

"Nur Huda was a lovable, smart and kind person. She had a lot of potential and that can be recognised in her recent GCSE exam results," they said.

"We are proud of her and will continue on remembering her and all our family and friends who have died in this tragedy."

In total, Coroner Dr Fiona Wilcox has been able to identify the remains of 66 people who died in the tower block fire.

It is expected that the recovery of victims will continue into early 2018.
