Police are appealing to the public for help to find a vulnerable missing person from Fulham .

Loy Fat Wong who suffers from diabetes and has memory problems was last seen at his home at around 11am on Tuesday (January 3).

The 83-year-old has not been heard from since and police in Hammersmith and Fulham are concerned for his safety and welfare.

He speaks little to no English, has insulin dependent diabetes and has cognitive impairment causing memory isssues.

Mr Wong is described as Chinese, 5ft 8ins tall with short grey hair and carries a black metallic walking stick with name and his son's phone number stuck on it.

Officer believe he frequents Shepherd's Bush , South Ealing and the West End areas.

The pensioner travels with a Freedom pass and has some cash on him.

It is not known what he was wearing when he went missing.

If anyone has seen Mr Wong or who knows of his whereabouts they are urged to call police via 101.

Missing persons appeals are also in place for 25-year-old Mahmoud Abdi from Isleworth .
