Four people have been stabbed to death in the past month in a wave of knife crime that is rocking the capital.

A string of knife attacks in west London has seen teenagers and men lose their lives in Uxbridge, Harlesden, Marylebone and Northolt since April 11.

And shockingly two men died within a day of each other, sparking murder investigations as cops probe what happened.

Met Police launched the latest murder investigation after a 23-year-old who was found unconscious in an Uxbridge road died in hospital.

They were called by paramedics after a man was found in the street suffering from a stab wound just after 1am on Saturday (May 6).

He died a short while later in a west London hospital and while officers believe they know who deceased is, they await formal identification.

This came just a day after a man in his 30s was fatally stabbed following an incident at a barber shop in Harlesden.

Again, police were called by paramedics to reports of a man suffering stab injuries.

It is believed the man was injured earlier on in Cutz Barbers Shop, in Craven Park Road, and he was trying to make his own way to Central Middlesex Hospital when he was found.

48-year-old Archie Sheppard from Neasden was found on the top deck of a bus travelling towards Marble Arch with a fatal stab wound.
