This is the moment flames violently tore through a car during rush hour near Westfield shopping centre.
The footage was caught on camera in Shepherd's Bush as the car was pulled over on Friday August 4.
The incident on the A3220 southbound led to a lane closure and heavy traffic just before 4pm.
It happened between Ariel Way (Westfield) and A402 Shepherd’s Bush Green / A4020 Uxbridge Road (Holland Park Roundabout).
The burnt-out car was left on the hatched markings just before Holland Park Roundabout and all lanes re-opened around 4.30pm.
There were no reported injuries.
