Over 70 firefighters and officers tackled a blaze in a row of commercial units on Minerva Road, Park Royal .

The Brigade was called at 6.51pm on Saturday, November 7 and was brought under control at 10.04pm.

According to London Fire Brigade , one of the units in the block was completely alight and a second was partly alight.

An LFB spokesman confirmed that thankfully there were no injuries.

At the time, Station Manager Pete Rickard who was at the scene said: ”Firefighters worked hard to contain the blaze and stop it spreading to adjacent units.

“The quick deployment of two aerial appliances helped ensure this fire was contained really quickly.

“Crews will be damping down hotspots for a number of hours.”

London Fire Brigade confirmed that 10 fire engines from stations including Acton , North Kensington , Willesden , Wembley and Hammersmith fire stations were at the scene.

The cause of the fire is reportedly under investigation.
