The close friend of a boy who died after falling from a building in Feltham said he will miss the teenager's "good sense of humour".

The Metropolitan Police was called to Hawthorn Road on Thursday (May 4) to reports a male had fallen from Hunter House.

The boy, named locally as Year 11 Springwest Academy pupil Owain Campbell, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Tributes to Owain Campbell

The pair first met when Owain attended Victoria Junior School in Year 4, sparking their close friendship.

Joshua, a 17-year-old Richmond upon Thames College student studying Dance, said he will miss Owain's sense of humour.

He added: "We started being friends in primary school and I have grown up with him ever since.

"He was just funny and had a good sense of humour, he was very approachable.

"Just his personality really, he always has a place in your mind.

"I did (go to college) but I didn't want to talk to anyone.

"There were a lot of us that knew him and we all grew up with him.

"We didn't really believe it when it was confirmed, we were all there for each other."
