The A244 Hounslow Road in Feltham has been closed in both directions because of a collision.

It was first reported at around 11.29am on Thursday (December 22) and happened between the B3377 New Road and A312 Harlington Road East.

Congestion has built up to Browell's Lane / Highfield Road and to the A315 Staines Road.

Buses have been diverted from their usual route, including the 90, 117, 235, 285, 490 and H26.

Closing the blog

Traffic is now easing around Feltham and the road has been reopened to traffic so now seems a good time to close the blog.

The Met were called to the scene just after 11.30pm after a collision between a bus and a car.

No one was injured in the crash and the road was cleared by midday.

Collision between a bus and a car

The Metropolitan Police have said the crash was a “damage only” crash between a bus and a car.

No one was believed to be injured in the collision.
