Police are concerned for the welfare of 24-year old woman last seen on August 20.
Cristina Moreira, who is also known as Funmilaye Oluyedi was last seen at her place of work in Hammersmith & Fulham, where she appeared to be very unwell with an unknown condition.
She declined medical attention and left the premises. However, she then failed to attend a meeting at her workplace on Monday (August 24).
Police say there is every possibility that she requires medical attention and are extremely keen to locate her.
