Concerns grow for a vulnerable elderly man from Wembley who has not been seen for nine days.

Brent Council along with Brent Police continue to appeal to the public for their help to find missing Leocardo Loney.

The last sighting of the 83-year-old who suffers from dementia was at Victoria Court on Friday August 4.

Metropolitan Police said concerns are growing for the man who has still not been found.

The force previously said Mr Loney likes to take the bus and train and enjoys going to the park.

Brent Police have also asked people to check their sheds and gardens too.

Police believe due to his dementia he may appear confused.

Mr Loney is described as black, 5ft 10ins, of a medium build and with short grey hair.

At the time of his disappearance he is believed to have been wearing a red baseball cap and a black jacket.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Brent’s Missing Persons Unit on 101 or Missing People on 116000.
