A 93-year-old woman living in Ealing has reported four rings as being stolen from her while she was recovering from a stroke.
Metropolitan Police in the borough have launched an appeal for information and posted a image of the jewellery on Twitter.
Officers said the woman, who recently had a stroke, was staying at an address on the B455 and reported having four rings stolen for her between November 8 and 9.
Police took to Twitter to launch the appeal and said: "Can you help find these rings?
"A 93 year old woman has had her rings stolen by thieves in Ealing on 9/11/16 Please call 101 ref 2529044/16."
One of the rings is a gold band and the other three are silver bands with jewels set into them.
Police, who launched the appeal on November 23, are investigating the incident and urge anyone with information to contact 101 quoting the reference number 2529044/16.
