The driver of a high performance supercar had his vehicle seized by Hillingdon Police.
The Audi R8 was seized by road cops after it was seen racing up an down Uxbridge Road in the borough on Sunday (June 25).
The driver was issued with a Section 59 notice, under the Police Reform Act, which allows police to seize vehicles they have warned the driver for careless driving previously.
Under the act, the vehicle can be seized for careless or inconsiderate driving, or driving likely to cause, alarm, distress or annoyance to members of the public.
