Knightsbridge shoppers stopped in amazement after a white car parked outside Harrods was sprayed with the words "cheater" in bright red.
In what appears to be a revenge move, the back of the Revere Range Rover, worth £90,000, was emblazoned with the words "I hope she was worth it", with "cheater across the side of the vehicle.
Astounded shoppers, including Stuart Hicks, could not believe their eyes when they saw the car outside the world famous department store.
"Someone's in the doghouse," he told getwestlondon, upon finding the car.
Passer by Mohini Ghoshal, 24, added: "It was just outside the store, not sure if the driver has seen it yet but he's not going to miss it!"
The owner of the driver or person responsible for the damage has not as yet been identified.
Social media users remarked that the scorned lover wasn't the only bad news for the driver, who also appeared to have a ticket on the car.
Others enjoyed the wrath and took to Twitter to share their glee, with some even claiming the driver "probably deserved it".
