Two accidents are causing gridlock in Feltham on Thursday (June 16) morning.

Hounslow police have reported there are four road closures in the area following the collisions.

Both incidents happened around 9am on Fagg’s Road in Feltham which has been closed.

One collision, between Central Way and Staines Road is causing queuing traffic southbound between Tesco and Minimax Corner.

As a result a number of buses are on diversion and subject to delays on routes 90, 235, 285, 490 and X26.

A second accident has led to the closure of Staines Road causing double the impact on the level of congestion at Minimax Corner.

The accidents are reported to be affecting drivers into Hounslow and the East Bedfont areas.

Motorists are advised to avoid the area.
