Images of two men have been released after thieves stole mobile phone accessories and were aggressive to a victim with a pair of scissors at Victoria Station on Thursday (October 13).

Two offenders entered the Vodafone store at the railway station, and one distracted a member of staff while the other stashed the accessories in the first man's bag.

A member of the public spotted the incident and notified staff who then challenged the two men as they left the store.

One offender then took the blade from a pair of scissors from his pocket and acted aggressively towards the victim, before both men fled the scene.

Officers from the British Transport Police (BTP) released CCTV images of two men they would like to speak with in connection with the theft on Thursday afternoon.

Anyone with information is asked to call BTP on 0800405040 or text 61016, quoting reference 343 13/10/16.
