A fire has blown off part of the roof of a house in Kensington .

Four fire engines and 21 firefighters tackled the blaze at a three-storey house, in Ladbroke Grove , just after 8.40am on Tuesday morning (August 4).

The fire affected an end of terrace house and part of its mansard roof was damaged, a London Fire Brigade (LFB) spokesman confirmed. Luckily, no one was injured.

LFB sent firefighters from North Kensington and Paddington fire stations to attend the incident.

The fire was under control by 9.26am.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
