According to Kensington and Chelsea Police, the air ambulance is also at the scene.
Transport for London is reporting via social media website Twitter that Brompton Road is closed both ways between the A4 and Draycott Avenue.

As we bring our live blog to a close, officers remain at the scene of the collision on Brompton Road.
Police were called to a collision between a motorcycle and two parked vehicles on the A308 Brompton Road at the junction with Egerton Crescent, at around 4.30pm.
Upon arrival, London Ambulance Service and police officers found two people from the motorcycle injured.
Both have been taken to a central London hospital.
Their injuries are not believed to be life threatening or life changing.

A spokeman for the Met Police said:
Police were called on Thursday, 9 March at around 16:30 hours to a collision between a motorcycle and two parked vehicles at Brompton Road junction with Egerton Crescent, SW3.
Officers attended along with the London Ambulance Service (LAS) and found two people from the motorcycle injured.
The motorcyclist and pillion passenger (no further details) were taken to a central London hospital.
Their injuries are not to believed to be life threatening or life changing.
Officers remain on scene and enquiries are ongoing.
