A man has been left fighting for his life after a mass brawl in Brentford during the early hours of Saturday morning.

A fight was reported between "a number of individuals" in Ealing Road and police were called to the scene at around 4.20am.

Officers attended along with paramedics from the London Ambulance Service and a man in his 30s was found with a head injury.

He was taken to a central London hospital where he remains with life threatening injuries.

No arrests have been made an enquiries continue.

Eaing Road remained closed in both directions at High Street at 11.30am.
