After yesterday's arrests in the Paul Thrower murder investigation, a 16-year-old boy remains in custody this morning (Friday), say police.

Of the three arrested on Tuesday, two aged 17 are still in custody and two others, one 16 and one 18 years old, have been bailed until April.

Eyewitnesses to the killing of 46 year old Mr Thrower (pictured above), last Thursday night, are still being sought.

The father of three, of St Dunstan's Close, Hayes, died from a single stab wound at St Mary's Hospital in Paddington the same night.

The officer in charge of the investigation and a former Hillingdon detective, Chief Inspector Howard Groves of the Homicide and Serious Crime Command, said all witnesses would be treated in confidence.
