Holidaymakers can give their wheels a break too while they are jetsetting by treating their vehicle to a stay at the world's first ever car park hotel at Heathrow Airport .
As schools wind down for the summer holidays, so begins one of the busiest weeks for air travel, and the launch of Good To Go Parking from Monday (July 25).
The one-week trial of the boutique parking hotel will allow car lovers to check in their vehicle for some VIP treatment from the concierge team and spa therapist from the moment it rolls into the parking suite.
There are three types of parking spots; The Deluxe Junior Suite for people who want to park closest to the terminal; The Beachside Paradise with a sandy surface to give tyres a break from tarmac; or The Runway Penthouse spot with breathtaking views of planes taking-off.
From concierge to a spa therapist passengers can be sure their car will be taken care of.
Malcom Maclean at Good To Go Parking, said: “With the peak summer period just around the corner we wanted to go the extra mile and inject a bit of fun into the parking service that we offer – a lot of our customers are car fanatics and want to be safe in the knowledge that their vehicle is in the best possible hands when they’re away.

There are three kinds of parking services available including Park & Ride, Meet & Greet, and Drop & Ride, meaning motorists can choose from a range of services to treat their car to the perfect break.

Room service – includes buffing headlights and refilling window washer liquid
Manicure and Pedicure – a deep clean incorporating a dust, wash and long lasting polish
Evening Tuck In – for the serious car enthusiast where an extra warm car cover is wrapped around the car, for protection
Massage – A soapy wash and rinse, focusing on all the tough areas
Room Scent – in preparation of your return choose a room scent service, where fragrances from across the globe will be diffused throughout the vehicle
The Car Park Hotel opens its doors on July 25 until July 31 and prices start at £4.33 a day.
