An art gallery needs help to determine the street portrayed in this old painting of a well known area in Chiswick .

The Stern Pissarro Gallery recently came across a watercolour painting called Bedford Park by Ludovic-Rodo Pissarro.

The gallery in Mayfair is keen to hear from anyone who can recognise the exact location of this scene with the Bedford Park area.

It is signed, inscribed and dated on the lower left - Bedford Park, 1928, Ludovic Rodo.

The artist himself lived on Bedford Road, Bedford Park, between 1919 and 1922, and much of his work were from daily life in Hammersmith and Chiswick.

Ludovic was the fourth son of Camille Pissarro and the Stern Pissarro Gallery is co-owned by David Stern and Lélia Pissarro, great-granddaughter of Camille Pissarro.
