A search is under way to locate a "high risk'" elderly man who has gone missing from Harrow .

Police in Harrow have issued an urgent missing person's appeal for the public's help to find Jerry Haslim.

The 71-year-old man was last seen on Friday (September 1) at around 7am.

He has been classed as a high risk missing person by the police force who launched the appeal on Twitter.

Tweeting from its Twitter account, @MPSHarrow, at around 11am, the force said: "High risk missing person Jerry Haslim aged 71.

"Last seen this morning at 7am.

"Missing from Harrow. If seen call 101 - Ref 1440/1SEP."

Anyone who has seen or knows of Mr Haslim's whereabouts should contact police on 101.

Any sightings can be reported quoting reference 1440/1SEP.

Police are also appealing for anyone with information on missing Daniel Tailor from Ealing and Simon Beeput from Harlesden.
