The popular entertainment show is set to make a return to our screens in early 2017, but before the new series begins, the show needs your help.
As part the programme, presenting duo Ant & Dec challenge each other to competitions and also invite audience members to take part in games and challenges.
And for 2017, Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway are looking to surprise a midwife, live on TV.
The show are asking for help in finding a "fantastic midwife" and would like people to get in touch nominating someone who they feel deserves recognition for the work they do.
If you have anyone in mind that you would like to nominate, get in touch with ITV by sending an email to: takeaway@itv.com, with the subject MIDWIFE.
ITV will then be in contact for more information if they agree that the midwife you nominated is worth surprising!
