A woman accused of yelling road rage abuse at BBC presenter Jeremy Vine as he cycled through Kensington has denied a string of charges.

Shanique Pearson, from Orsett Street in Vauxhall, appeared at Hammersmith Magistrates Court on Tuesday (November 8) where she faced charges of driving a vehicle without a valid vehicle licence, using threatening abusive and insulting words and behaviour, and driving without consideration to other road users.

Pearson, 22, pleaded not guilty to all three charges.

The alleged incident was captured by the Radio 2 DJ and Eggheads presenter's helmet-cam in Hornton Street on August 26.
