A youngster has been stabbed in the shoulder in broad daylight during a fight at a park near Harrow College on Monday (December 12) morning.

Paramedics from the London Ambulance Service (LAS) took an 18-year-old to hospital after he suffered minor injuries following a knife attack in Lowlands Road, Harrow .

The male is believed to be recovering.

The area was taped off by police and getwestlondon was told there was a large police and ambulance presence in the area around the Harrow-on-the-Hill campus at around midday.

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: "We were called to Lowlands Road at 11.42am.

"The incident happened in a nearby park.

"A male aged 18 was stabbed in the shoulder. He is going to be fine."

Two males have been arrested. Police have no other details at this stage.

The London Ambulance Service has been contacted for a comment.
