Disgraced presenter Rolf Harris has denied a string of indecent assault charges, some of which are alleged to have occurred at BBC Television Centre in White City .

He denied a total of seven charges of indecent assault and one of sexual assault during the hearing at Southwark Crown Court on April 14.

Two of the eight offences, which are said to have occurred between 1971 and 2004, took place at the Wood Lane TV studios, which are currently being redeveloped into homes, offices and studios .

The court heard allegations Harris molested a girl under the age of 14 at the BBC Television Centre London over the Christmas period in 1983, and that he struck at the same location 21 years later, indecently assaulting a woman there in 2004.

The 86-year-old is in prison serving a sentence of five and a half years in jail for sex attacks, one on a girl who was seven or eight at the time.

The case was adjourned until July 29, with a trial date set to start on January 9 next year. It is expected to last five weeks.

The Australian-born entertainer appeared via videolink and was wearing a suit and tie.
