A man has been charged with terrorism offences after being arrested at Heathrow Airport in November last year.

Muhammad Abdur Rabbani, 36, was charged on Wednesday May 17 with willfully obstructing or seeking to frustrate a search under the Terrorism Act 2000 at the west London airport on November 20 2016.

Rabbani, from Bethnal Green, east London, will appear before Westminster Magistrates Court on June 20.
