A day of fun activates and fund raising is planned at Sainsbury’s in South Ruislip later this month to mark Comic Relief.
It will take place at the Field End Road superstore on Red Nose Day on March 13.
As well as helping raise money for the good cause, customers can also win £300 when they take part in the ‘guess how many balloons are in the car’.
Staff will also be doing their bit to collect funds. Store manager Danny Marks will have a baked beans bath, with customers able to pour a tin of beans over his head for a small donation.
Two (male) hirsute staff members will be waxed, one will shave off his precious beard and another give up chocolate for two weeks.
A cake sale will also take place, and all-singing and dancing staff will welcome shoppers into the store on the day.
The last Comic Relief took place in 2013.
