Promote whisky around the world with this amazing job opportunity - and the interview process sounds great

Grant's whisky has an amazing opportunity for a charismatic, talented and passionate "global brand ambassador" and the marketing role includes overseas travel.

Applicants do not need experience as along as they have a passion for whisky.

The role includes bringing the core brand values to life with the off-and on-trade, encouraging trial and retrial of Grant's Whisky across countries world-wide.

But forget your CV and cover letter as this could potentially be the greatest job interview in the world.

Stage 1: Instagram, Facebook or email applications

You need to create a drink with three ingredients, and one of them has to be Grant's.

The drink will be judged on its distinctiveness, creativity and intrigue after it is posted online with the hashtag #GrantsInterview.

You are allowed three entries and they have to be posted by August 30.

Stage 2: The Mixer

Twenty candidates will be whisked to Scotland, travel and accommodation included, and then set a series of challenges.

The 20 will be whittled down to just three.

Stage 3: The Journey

The three finalists will each visit three different destinations across 10 days, leaving mid-October, and be accompanied by a personal videographer to document their journey, each finalist will liaise with local Grant's teams to set up events that bring the brand’s stories and core values to life in entertaining ways.

The best deemed the best will then be offered the Global Brand Ambassador job.

The job

Over the following year the Global Brand Ambassador will travel the world, visiting many of the destinations visited by company's founder Charles Grant Gordon in 1909.

Eligibility

Applicants need to be over the age of 25, speak English fluently, and love travel.
