You can have your say about services at West Middlesex Hospital in Isleworth today (Thursday, November 20).

Health watchdog the Care Quality Commission (CQC) has invited people to share their views about the hospital by attending a meeting at the Gymkhana Club, in Thornbury Avenue, Osterley, from 6.30pm.

The meeting precedes an inspection of the hospital in Isleworth by the CQC, which is due to begin next Tuesday (November 25).

Hounslow Council leader Steve Curran, who recently voiced his concerns about rising waiting times at the hospital's A&E ward, said: "This event is a great opportunity for local people to give their views and experiences directly to the CQC."

Earlier this week it was revealed one in five patients at the hospital are waiting too long for cancer treatment to begin.
