POLICE have released a new set of pictures of Hounslow's most wanted criminals.

Officers need help tracing these men, who are in hiding after committing crimes ranging from shoplifting to possession of an offensive weapon.

A spokesman said: "Your assistance in tracking down these wanted people is greatly appreciated."

Since the Chronicle published a list of wanted offenders in December 2010, readers have provided police with enough information to charge three men, who have subsequently been taken to court and sentenced for their crimes.

The wanted men are: Alexander Campeanu, 19, wanted for shoplifting from Tesco in Hounslow High Street on August 8, 2009.

Halagan Dadai, 21, wanted for possession of an offensive weapon in Chiswick High Road on July 28, 2006.

Hung Le, 19, wanted for possession with intent to supply cannabis, at

Oaklands Avenue, Isleworth, on October 2, 2007.

Alfred Opoku, 53, wanted for common assault in Imperial Road, Bedfont, on October 28, 2006.

Alex Pereligin, 25, wanted for causing harassment, alarm and distress with the fear of violence in Cecil Road, Hounslow, on April 4 2008. Nguyen Hoang Phoung, 19,

wanted for cultivation of cannabis in Bedfont Lane, Bedfont, on May 27, 2009.

Arkadiusz Pietuch, 22, wanted for possession of a weapon in London Road, Hounslow, on August 2, 2009.

Gintaras Stricka, 38, wanted for possession of a blade in Central Way, Feltham, on October 18, 2008.

Nael Abdul Khaliq, 29, recalled to prison.
