X Factor's Marcus Collins to perform at The Chimes

X Factor finalist Marcus Collins will be switching on The Chimes Christmas Lights on Sunday, along with the borough’s ‘Most Festive Family’ – the winners of the Gazette and The Chimes competition, to be drawn on Friday.

X Factor finalist Marcus Collins will be switching on The Chimes Christmas Lights on Sunday, along with the borough’s ‘Most Festive Family’ – the winners of the Gazette and The Chimes competition, to be drawn on Friday.

See The Chimes transformed for the festive season plus lots of free activities and entertainment for all the family, including face painters, a Percy Penguin Show, a performance by up and coming band M.I.T.S.O.T.U, also of X Factor fame walkabout entertainers such as Man In A Present Box, comedy waiters and local carol singers.

The day will finish with a performance by Marcus, pictured here with his mentor Gary Barlow, before the big switch on.
