The World's End Estate caretaker Joshua Rowe has pleaded not guilty to two sexual offences, including recording a person without their knowledge and exposing himself.
Joshua Rowe, also known as Jimmy, appeared at West London Magistrates' Court in Talgarth Road, Hammersmith, on Thursday morning.
Sporting short hair shaved with an elaborate pattern, he took to the dock in front of a silent court room. He spoke to confirm his name before entering not guilty pleas to the two offences.
One charge is of recording another person doing a private act for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification, knowing the other person didn't consent, at his former home in Whistler Tower, between September 11 and November 6, last year.
The 46-year-old is also charged with exposing his genitals in World's End, on November 28.
Although District Judge Justin Philips said he would be willing to hear the case at magistrates' court, Mr Rowe elected for his case to be heard at crown court. The Kensington and Chelsea Tenant Management Organsiation employee will now return to court on March 19, for a committal hearing.
He was released on bail to an address in Streatham, on condition that he does not contact a woman, who cannot be named, and that he does not enter the World's End Estate, in King's Road, Chelsea.
