Reports are coming in of a collision in Eastcote which happened at the start of the morning rush hour.
London Fire Brigade said the incident happened at 8.04am in Field End Road.
One woman was trapped in a car and was released. She was taken to hospital by ambulance.
Ten firefighters and officers from Harrow and Ruislip fire stations attended, and had left the scene by 08.34.

London Ambulance Service said it sent one ambulance crew and treated the woman, reported to be in her 30s, for neck and back injuries then took her to Northwick Park Hospital in Watford Road, Harrow.
